Unwanted facial hair bothers most women even though facial hair growth occurs
naturally due to genetics or common hormonal changes in women.
Most Nigerian women that I have asked confirmed that they use a shaving stick containing razor blades to shave unwanted facial hair. This method only worsens it by activating the skin cells around that area making more hair to grow which worsens the situation. Some use tweezers to pull the hair out one after the other. This method can be painful for starters and needs some getting-used-to.
Shaving makes the hair grow faster and you will realize that you need to shave everyday to keep up with a smooth face, while tweezing pulls the hair right off it's root which means it will take a little longer for the hair to grow back.
Others use Depilatory creams which is harsh to the face and can cause serious damage to the face. This method is strongly discouraged.
But what about better ways?
Here is a safe way to get rid of unwanted facial hair.
You will need
1 Egg
1 Quality Serviette
A Plastic or Glass bowl
Fork
Cotton balls
Method
Gently crack and open an egg
Seperate the white part of the egg from the yolk
What you need is the white part
Pour the while part into the glass bowl
Swirl it around with the fork (do not beat it) just mix it gently with the fork until a thin white foam appears on the surface
Use the cotton ball to apply the egg on the area you want to treat and immediately cut out a piece from the serviette to cover the area.
Apply more egg white on top of the serviette on your face until it is properly drenched with the egg white. you can place two layers of the serviette one after the other but drenching it with the egg white one after the other.
Let it dry on the face
Then gently remove the dry serviette from the face.
You can gently give it a firm pull or lift.
You will notice hair particles on the serviette.
