Human hair weaves are sometimes sold with a corn chip smell that you won't like on you.
The first solution that will come to mind is to wash it with quality shampoo and conditioner but this solution will only be temporal.
What is the best solution?
So far, I would recommend soaking the hair in a mixture of water and fabric softener.
How do you do it?
Place the virgin human hair weave in a plastic container that has a tight lid or use a ziploc bag.
In a seperate container mix 1 cup of fabric softener with 1/2 cup of water.
Pour the mixture into the ziploc bag where you placed the hair.
Wear a hand glove and gently swirl the hair around to soak up the liquid.
Close the ziploc bag and leave the hair in it for 2 to 3 hours.
Rinse off with water and a little shampoo.
Apply conditioner on the hair and rinse off with water.
This will definitely get rid of the smell
