are some tips to make you sleep at night:Delay having your night bath to when you are about to hit the bed.
Avoid sleeping during the day. Reserve all sleep for the night.
Ensure the temperature of your bedroom is cool.
Remove the television from your bedroom and let it be purely for rest which means you have to remove anything in it that will distract you from sleeping.
Use dark curtains in your bedroom.
Have a time you must sleep and time you must wake up everyday and stick to it.
Once its that time go to bed.
Set an alarm to wake you up at that fixed wake up time.
Even when you wake up in the midnight, avoid spending more than a minute on your phone. Just set it aside and continue sleeping.
Reduce stress by worrying less about things beyond your control.
Don't drink alcohol or any caffeinated drink at night.
Have a glass of milk and add 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey inside it. Mix well and drink it one hour before bedtime. If you don't like milk, just mix 2 teaspoons of honey inside a glass of water and drink before bedtime
Exercise during the day.
