How to Get Rid Of Stretch Marks With Baking Soda

Stretch marks are long grooved lines in your skin that may appear on the shoulders,
underarm, thighs, breasts, abdomen.
Stretch marks leave the area damaged and broken.

Some regard it as a normal part of puberty while others associate it with sudden weight loss, skin stretching as a result of pregnancy.

Even though stretch marks are not indicative of a health problem, it leaves the man or woman feeling unattractive especially when it is located in exposed areas of the body.

Treatment of stretch marks:
There are several ways to treat stretch marks using conventional beauty products.
Some are effective while others worsen the appearance of the stretch marks.

It is better to go all natural in the treatment of stretch marks since the treatment is usually gradual but mostly effective.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice or
1 teaspoon of Liquid body wash optional for those with sensitive skin. To be used in place of lemon juice.

Why Baking Soda?
When it comes to beauty, baking soda is a known natural exfoliant.
Lemon juice is a known bleaching agent.

Mix both ingredients together to form a paste. Then rub it on the area affected by stretch marks.
Keep rubbing in a circular motion for about 5 minutes.

Wash off gently with a mild soap.

Repeat this treatment 2 to 3 times weekly
