Brighten Your Skin Before A Special Event - STEP 2 - DIY Facial Cleanser

You have done the First Step. Your skin is cleansed at this stage but you have to go a
step further to ensure it is properly cleansed of dirt and oil.

Foam Facial Cleansing:

I don't recommend the use of conventional products since that contain chemicals that are harsh to the skin.

Here is a recipe to make your own foam Facial cleanser.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of water
4 tsp. glycerin
4 tsp. natural aloe Vera gel
4 tsp. almond oil
1/2 cup liquid Castile soap. To make it easier for you, you can substitute this for any good Baby Liquid Body Wash or Baby liquid Soap.
Up to 20 drops of any essential oil of your choice. Lavender oil is good too.

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender excluding the liquid soap.
Blend well.
If you add the liquid soap together with the others and blend together, you will be left with a soapy mess.
So just don't add it yet until you have properly blended the other ingredients together.
The essence of the lavender oil is to give it a nice scent. If you have a different essential oil that you prefer you can use it in place of lavender oil.

The next thing to do is to add the liquid soap.
But first pour the blended mixture in a clean bowl.
Then pour the liquid soap in it. Use a spoon to mix it. Do not beat it so that it won't foam and prevent you from seeing what you are trying to mix..
Just use the spoon and mix it gently until it is properly incorporated into the blended mixture.

Pour it into a container with a tight lid.

Apply a bit of the liquid soap you just made all over face, neck and decolletage. Exactly the area you oil-cleansed.
Massage it to create foams. Then wash off with water.
