How To Fix Internet Error Issues On Your Android Device

Internet error issues come up unexpectedly when you are online, making you wonder
what happened or what may have caused it. You do not need to panic.
It may
not be a serious issue that will warrant a Factory Reset.

Try out the following steps. If one step did not work, move to the next step.

1. Be sure you are actually connected to the internet. You can find out by looking at the internet signal bars often located at the top right corner of your android device. You should be able to tell if the network issue is from your network provider or not.

2.  Remove your sim card from your device. Wait for about 30 seconds and insert it. Restart your device and check your internet connection. If it is still not working, move on to the next step.

3. Switch off your android device and do not switch it on for about 30 seconds. Restart your device and check your internet connection. If it is still not working, try step four.

4. Check your configuration settings. Depending on your network provider, you can request a configuration message to be sent to you. Simply download it and check your internet connection. If it is still not running move to the next step.

5.  Go to 'Settings' on your device.      Click on  'Application Manager'      Swipe to 'All'     Scroll down to 'Internet' and click it     It will take you to a page containing 'App Info'. Simply click on 'Clear cache' then click on    'Clear data'. Go back and check your network connection. If it is still not okay. Try this final step.

6.  Go to 'Settings'
     Click on 'Application Manager'
    Swipe to 'All'
Scroll down to 'Google Play Services'
    Click on 'Manage Storage'
