There are so many factors that can cause eye bags. Some include heredity, age,
inadequate sleep, water retention, smoking etc.

The fact is whatever the cause of your eye bags they are never attractive. Eyebags make you look tired, older than your age, sad etc.

I am a believer in natural remedies because they are safer and actually work. All you need is patience and consistency.

Below I have listed natural ways to reduce or remove the eye bags hoping it helps to give you the result you need.

A mixture of the juice of  Cucumber, Irish potato, Green tea, egg white and natural aloe vera.
These ingredients are very common in our kitchen but never ever underestimate what these ingredients can do in terms of skin repair.

Cucumber is known to have anti-inflammatory benefits. It also has a cooling effect. It is rich in beneficial antioxidants including flavonoids and tannins. These prevent the accumulation of free radicals.

Irish potato contains catecholamines enzymes which makes it beneficial as a skin treatment. It helps remove scars, dark spots and improve collagen health.

Green tea has so many health benefits. When you drink it or apply it to your skin you will surely enjoy its benefits. Green tea contain antioxidants which helps fight premature aging. It also reduces puffiness and clears clogged pores.

Egg white is used to tighten pores. Even after washing it off, your skin remains tightened for more than an hour. This helps reduce fine lines around the eyes.

Aloe Vera Gel helps to repair skin damaged by the sun, remove dark circles, soothe skin irritation and moisturize your skin.

Method:

Cut cucumber in half. Do not remove the skin or the inner seeds. Just use a grater instead of a blender. After grating it, pour it in a sieve and squeeze out the juice. Set it aside.

Peel the skin of one Irish potato, grate it and pour it into a sieve. Squeeze out the juice. Pour it into the cucumber juice you set aside.

Boil hot water. Place one green tea bag inside one quarter cup of hot water. Let it sit for some minutes. Remove the teabag. Let the green tea cool down. You can even place it in a fridge to make it cool down faster. Pour the tea into the mixture containing cucumber juice and Irish potato juice.

Crack-open one egg. Carefully seperate the white from the yolk. Do not beat the egg white. Just pour it into the mixture and stir gently

Slice one aloe Vera leaf. Use a spoon to scrape out the content which is the natural aloe Vera Juice. Mix it then gently add the mixture into it while mixing gently at the same time until it is properly mixed.

At this stage you have few options depending on how you want to apply it.

One method of application is that you can pour the mixture into an ice cube container. Pop it into the freezer. You can remove one in the morning and rub it around your eyes. When stored in the freezer you can use for about a week.

Another method is to soak place the cotton balls in a container. Pour the mixture into it and let it soak. Remove the soaked balls and place it in a plastic bag and place in the fridge. It can be used for a week. Whenever you want to use it, remove 2 cotton balls from the fridge and place under your eyes. Leave it on until you are satisfied that the mixture has soaked into your skin. Wash off gently with cold water.
